would not take the pin given to me from the service info.

when on web site got Key Code for 2009 Nissan Versa, try to get pin code this auto and what it gave me would not let me program the new key to that pin it gave. Is there another way to get these pin code so that I can program more then one key to auto?

Its there a special machine I need to get these pins.
