Description of Repair unable to perform
Signed up for a one-day subscription to seek service manual for a 2000 S-type for mechanical repair information on engine camshaft variable timing solenoids. Used VISA -cost $11.00. completed transaction and still cannot access site, have not received acknowledgement email. Most online order form email acknowledgements are instantly sent and the service is available at the completion of transaction. Is Jaguar using a manual hands-on reply system? If I don't receive access by tomorrow A.M. I will place a call to the Jaguar number.

GTR uses an automated payment method without any human intervention and we can only assume that something has gone wrong in this instance (the first such that we have seen). We have asked the development team to investigate what has happened, given that the user has received confirmation of payment. We have provided the user with a five day subscription to S-TYPE 2000 model year information free of charge while we investigate the issue. Thank you for making us aware of this problem. Jaguar Cars
