Description of Repair unable to perform
Paid my yearly subscription fee to find out my vcm2 would not work, so I got vcm1 now it works. Now they can not get software right 85.00 would not let me do incremental updates. As of 9/10/13 86.00 is available when I try to update to it I get error code 404 server error.I just want to get what I payed for or my money back.

Client filed SIR without first contacting the OEM's tech support using the OEMs contact us form on their website, as required. Upon doing so, the OEM was able to resolve the client's issue. SIR was closed without OEM filing.
