Contacted Rick Solomon, Parts manager, who says his email is not what is listed on Order sheet.

MBUSA will not confirm this but it appears that the dealer refuses to cooperate with the TRP parts ordering policy established by MBUSA in cooperation with NASTF using his LSID. This policy has been a great success and has improved not only vehicle security but has also given independent service providers ready access to many of these parts. Client may take his parts business any other MB dealer. Dealers operate as independent business and can technically refuse sales. Unfortunately the current NASTF Service Information Standards agreement (which can be found on the NASTF website does not directly address parts availability at this time.
