Description of Repair unable to perform
Ordered the programming file from the website and was not able to download it, John Sebock was very helpful and was able to get me the file the next day. Went to program the vehicle and got a message "Data definition error. Diagnosis function could not be continued. Please contact support center.

Support center is not available to the aftermarket.
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
Contacted SPX and made sure it was not a tool issue. Contacted Nissan publishing, they told me to contact Nissan-USA. Nissan-USA did not have any other contact information. Called a local dealer and they said the only support is for dealers.
Other Comments or Concerns
I have screen captures of the whole process. Being a Mobile Programming business that supports the collision industry, this could have cost me a customer. When a tool costs 10K+, some form of technical support should be available.

Nissan responded to client with questions and further followup required by client to determine problem cause re Consult v. website v. file.

Client informed NASTF that the file sought could not be delivered from the OEM website due to a website error, which the OEM pledged to correct. OEM offered the file via a temporary email solution but the client did not have that option in their mobile operation.
