Description of Repair unable to perform
1)working on 13 altima I keep getting invalid pin, or the site returns an incorrect pin. I am using the TCode with all the latest update, and the results are the same, regardless if I use caps . This has happened so often that i was forced to purchase the larger subscription package, because the site kept givng the wrong information after accepting payment, Ill go broke doing that!!! 2) Today the site would not allow the more thjan six characters to be entered in the immo reset field, but will allow the key code

I entered the info with all caps, as well as in lower case, entered the info in the immo reset field by itself and no more tha 6 characters allowed, iI contacted several dealerships for advise, and asked if they were experiencing the same problems some said yes some said no. But I need NO-Prob access!!! or notification when something is being updated or not working and for how long,as to not commit to a particular job!
Other Comments or Concerns
We need to know when these things are not working by showing service related problems with the site, as to not waste time trying to figure out whats wrong, the access and the site needs to work correctly as this beccomes very costly!

Mfgr contacted client and explained a server upgrade and subsequent undetected code error caused the inconvenience.
