Description of Repair unable to perform
Had the new calibration downloaded to the pc ,but while it was downloading to the vehicle it stopped after 10% and the error code 4399 came up , tried a couple more times but the code keeps coming back

cant communicate at all just keep getting the same error code.

called the tech line am waiting for 2 days for them to call me back

i am concerned if it is something i did or something on the manufacturers end

This SIR is not a valid gap issue. Rather this was treated as a customer service issue with GM. GM informs NASTF that client was contacted by phone within 24 hours of this SIR filing and that they were able to assist client through the reflash procedure. GM, further explained that Customer Service had made 3 attempts to reach customer prior to this SIR but that there was no answer and no voice mail was available.
