Description of Repair unable to perform
Unable to get immobilizer key code for adding new key. When I use my user name associated with my llisd to log in I get an error message " Account is locked because it exceeded 30 days from after last log in. Click help to contact website administrator." When I attempt to make a new profile it states that my llisd is already registered with another account and will not let me continue.

I click the help button and called customer support and was told they dont know and to call 800-325-6604. I called that number and said that I would have to speak with David Bellivar the person in charge of the web site and to call him at 714-887-2470. I have called multiple times since 1\23/13 and left several messages with David Bellivar and have not receive a phone call back.
Other Comments or Concerns
I filled out a immobilizer reset form and went to local dealer to be able to service vehicle. I want to have the account unlocked so that I may purchase an immobilizer code in future if needed
