WE HAVE PURCHASED APPROXIMATELY $300 IN NISSAN SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY, WITH NO AVAILABLE TECH SUPPORT. IF THIS INFO IS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE, SUPPORT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR INDEPENDENT SHOPS.

OEM phoned client to discover the client's software was not configured according to the published OEM guidelines. OEM assisted in proper configuration and client was able to complete the repair. OEM believes an SIR could have been avoided if client had read the software documentation and/or accepted help from the general tech service staff rather than insisting on speaking with a specific person who was not available.
