-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Comments: This mess started on oct 3 at 8:00 in the morning. I have purchaced an otc tool (j-2534 spx-vci) then purchaced the 2 day subscription from the ac delco tds website. I can not get it to work. I have an error m4404. First i called otc customer support and we went thru the setup and made sure the interface was communicating with my computer. I spent 3 more houres with our computer tech support to make the correct download of java installed. Still error m4404. I have called the ac delco tech department 2 times and was told the problem was not on their end. I have now called otc again and checked it out again. My interface IS working correctly. I have called our computer tech dept and it is set up correctly. I need help from the ac delco tech dept and i am not getting it from the listed tech line phone number. I need help with this. I now have an 8 hr day invested in this 1 billable hr program. My login to ac delco is "vincennes" and my phone number is 812-881-9285

This is a request for technical support and does not qualify as an SIR. A GM Brand Quality Manager has contacted the customer to assist in resolving their issue. It appears to be an issue with a network driver and the J2534 tool and not with GM software.
