Description of Repair unable to perform
i just purchased a consult 3+ scantool complete with support and warranty from nissan techmate. i spent almost $12,000 on this unit. i found that it does not communicate with an altima even though my snapon does. i called for tech support. they told me they dont support the aftermarket. they said all they can do is refer me to this site http://www.nissan-techinfo.com/ i have sent an email to the address listed on the support tab on the bottom. however, i feel that this will be quite useless. i dont feel that they should be able to get away with not supporting this tool just because im in the aftermarket. i also paid a 600 dollar fee for 1 year of support. as you can imagine i am quite angry. please help UPDATE: i still have not recieved any response from nissan. it has been over 3 buisness days
