Thank you for your interest in HMAService.com service information website. The Feedback page and the HMAService.com Staff are available to assist with issues related to operation and access of the website. The HMAService.com website had an upgraded version launched on Friday June 10. The Service Information website is still available to all users at no charge, but now requires registration for a user account and log on ID. Use the link on the Logon page that says "Click Here to register for an account". For account registration, it was discovered that some email servers have been blocking our website support emails containing account passwords. Please be sure when you register that your email address is typed correctly, and that your email account does not have high SPAM blocking that may prevent our automated email response. If you have trouble, you can use the "Forgot password" link to send a password reminder email, and be sure to check your SPAM or junkmail folder if the email does not appear within ten minutes. When logging in, please be sure to type the password correctly, including any symbol characters shown and using the correct letter or number for "O" or "0" (zero) and lowercase "l" (L) or "1" (one). Passwords are case sensitive. The Hyundai Service Information website contains all available service information. Once logged in, click the "Service Information" link, select the tab for your desired publication type, and select the model, year, and engine for your vehicle. You can browse the index that appears for your content, or you can use the Search feature (link located in upper right area of window) to locate documents containing specific terms. If these tips do not help resolve your problem, feel free to contact us again with more detail of the issue you are experiencing. Thanks for your interest in HMAService.com, Hyundai's service information website.
