I contacted Snapon Solution at #877-768-6657 as directed by Mazdas web site to purchase Mazda Modular Diagnostic System and was told by SnapOn Solution (supplier for Mazda)that Mazda was not releasing the scan tool to non-dealers. Further stated they have had other requests from non dealers to purchase scan tools and Mazda has been unresponsive to their requests of how to handle non-dealers

Mazda software was previously included when purchasing Ford IDS subscription until current software release version 77A. I have also attempted to contact technical support at and have had no response. also no longer provides a phone contact.
