Description of Repair unable to perform
Upon starting mmp75 program, after going through the setup, it prompts you to establish an internet connection. After clicking " ok ", it says , " software not found, please fill out software support form ".

I have paid for a 72 hour subscription for programming yet its acting just like a dont have a subscription.
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
Filled out support form and waiting for reply. I have successfully used their Mazda module programming in the past on this very same car, laptop, and pass through device.
Other Comments or Concerns
After contacting my pass through tool's tech support line, they said that Mazda is having problems with their site. My first complaint is that I want a refund or as I will have to pay a dealer to fix it now. Secondly, why dont they tell you the site is experiencing problems before taking your money? Also, why so long for a reply from Mazda? Were coming up on 24 hours now with no reply.
