Description of Repair unable to perform
I tried to use Mitsubishi's Update Manager A without success on a variety of pre-2006 Mitsubishi vehicles. Update Manager A would not pull the part numbers so that Update Manager B could flash the vehicle.

Update Manager A does not work correctly, so that Update Manager B can re-flash the vehicle.
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
Contacted Drew Technologies and they collected some files and sent the to Mitsubishi. They said the Update Manager A has some issues and they would work with Mitsubishi to resolve them. I have had this issue for a few months now and Drew tech says they are still waiting for Mitsubishi to resolve the issue.

OEM response: We recently received your NASTF information inquiry. Our J2534 software has not been validated with the CarDAQ Plus pass thru device and we will not be able to provide assistance with your request.
