there is no support for this software called several times was told by nissan there is no support paid 270.00 for software 2 attempts both times had to send to dealer

called emailed spent hours and hours of time on this matter

very frustrated that nissan does not have any support for the software they designed and i also paid 270.00 thank you for your time

7/20/11 Manufacturer explained that tech support cannot be provided for Nissan's J2534 software when using Drew Tech "M" Series pass-through device (not tested, validated or approved). Referred to Nissan website for a list of validated devices.
