Mazda personnel had initially responded to Mr. Gibson's initial request to them (prior to his filing this information request) but there was apparently an e-mail issue and he did not receive the response or provide the outcode that he needed to provide in order to get the incode. As a result of the information request, Mazda personnel re-contacted Mr. Gibson, got the information they needed, and provided the incodes that he needed. Mazda also provided a refund as a goodwill gesture.
