OEM Response: I have been informed by NASTF that you are having problems. My understanding from the information you provided is that you are trying to program a 2003 Jaguar X-TYPE. Is this correct? Can you please give me more detail on what you are trying to do and how far you get with the process. The Webflash application will allow you to do this. This can be found under the Diagnostics Tab and in the Links area. Please advise what issues you are getting. Do you get to the screen that asks you to put in your GTR login details? I look forward to hearing from you so we can progress this. Note: Complainant did not follow up with OEM upon receiving their response to his inquiry.
