Mazda personnel sent to NASTF copies of responses that had been sent to all three of Mr. Monahan's support tickets. Response to the first ticket requested additional information that had not been provided. Response to the second ticket suggested that the device Mr. Monahan was using may not have had the appropriate functionality, and suggested that he check on this. The third response authorizes a full refund to Mr. Monahan, as it was apparent that the device he was using did not have appropriate functionality.
