Over multiple days, tried to purchase and download FMP to reprogram PCM. Despite giving the information and agreeing to purchase the " to gain access to the FMP application, proceeding to "Reprogramming & Initialization" would only produce the "Purchase Subscription" screen - not the screen to gain access to the application.

The following was sent to Mr. Butt by NASTF Administrator: It appears that you have not yet used the "Contact Us" feature on the MotorCraft website to seek assistance with the issue that you are having with their site. "Contact Us" is located at the very bottom of each page of the site, or you can click on this link: http://www.motorcraftservice.com/vdirs/retail/default.asp?pageid=feedback&gutsid=feedback I see that they even have a specific section for requesting FMP help. Please give this a try and give them an opportunity to assist you with your issue. Mary
