Description of Repair unable to perform
The time frame to download and configure a diagnostic & reprogramming session took about three hours for each to download and run. After each loaded it took near an hour to perform a diagnostic session. After we were able to view the FRM module we were instructed by the diagnostic information that we needed to perform a reprogramming session. My biggest issue is the amount of time that it takes to download the information and they charge you for the time it takes to perform that function. The configuration portion should be at no charge and then the speed the software runs at is very slow.It cost my shop 60.00 in fees to reprogram one headlight module!
Description of Information not available
It was all there just navigating to find it was diffucult.
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
Spoke to several other shop's that have used this service.
Other Comments or Concerns
The service is available from BMW but the download and function speed is extremely slow.

The issue with BMW has been addressed through previous information requests. In addition, speed of download is not a lack of information issue.
