Description of Repair unable to perform
unable to use factory scan tool ISTA to retrieve proper fault codes or repair information for the vehicle.
Description of Information not available
The new 3G software is not giving any real code definitions and all guided fault finding/scan tool functions do not work. For exapmle it gives the deifinition for DME fault code 0014 as "engine control module fault code". What good is that? If I try to find it under service information it is not present either
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
Contacted OSS support and Jason Kozak.
Other Comments or Concerns
