Description of Repair unable to perform
The BMW and MINI TIS site is an absolute headache! They have over complicated the entire process of getting even the simplest of info such as fluid capacities on late model vehicles.
Description of Information not available
The info is there just not available through their web server in Germany. Constantly freezing during log ons and such.
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
Just logging on is impossible. If lucky to get in, it freezes up in random areas.
Other Comments or Concerns
Please get on BMW's case to correct this issue and make it more easier to access the factory info. If their US dealers were great at taking care of their products, we independents would not be so badly needed. Please have BMW NA allow better access to ALL the vehicle's information. Thank you.
