Volvo has already been working with Mr. Riebel, but he continues to have problems with this.

Volvo personnel responded to Mr. Riebel as follows: Thank you for following the proper process and allowing us to assist you by submitting a help request via We find this to be very successful in resolving our customers concerns. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you recently received on your help request number 21707. The request was initiated on Saturday May 22, 2010 because you were having trouble accessing your initial VIDA subscription (we are closed on the weekends). Our support staff did get back with you promptly several times on Monday May 24, 2010 seeking more information and assisting in diagnosing your situation. You were given several recommendations before your case was transferred to our IT Department. At that point you were contacted by phone and our staff determined there was a system on your computer that conflicted with VIDA. Our IT Dept assisted you with a remote takeover and turned this system OFF. Because your three day subscription was activated on Saturday it had expired by Monday afternoon. We therefore refunded you for the subscription. We hope all of your issues have been resolved at this time.
