I used the NASTF link to get to Suzuki tech info. I wanted info on scantool accessories and reprogramming.
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
tried logging in to this site here http://pitstop.repairinfo.com/home/thepitstop.asp And there are NO clickable links nor way to obtain info. Looks like they updated their site from what I saw previously.

I have personally spoken to Mr. Damal and provided him the new updated URL information which will allow him the desired access to our technical information. Mr. Damal is in Canada and seeking information on Canadian specific vehicle models which we don’t support on the American Suzuki Motor Corporation web site because we have never sold the specific vehicle model he is attempting to repair within the US market. I have referred him to our Canadian distributor and provided him my phone number in case he has any further difficulty obtaining the required information. I will make every possible effort to ensure he is fully satisfied. I have also requested the NASTF web site URL for ASMC Technical information be updated to reflect the current home for our technical information. This should fully resolve the current reported difficulty and prevent any further issues.
