Description of Repair unable to perform
This is the 2nd Ford F-150 that I am having the same exact problem. The FMP software recognizes that the ecm needs an updated calibration. It goes throught the normal steps. Turn vehicle off, then on, then off, then on...and then the Vetronix ES6510 starts to click every 2 seconds as the indicator light go on simutaneously. This happens about 7 times and the green check mark finally comes up on the "turn vehicle on" page. When I click the green check mark, the software freezez and the ES651 freezez up. I can't shut down the FMP software because it thinks it's in the middle of reprogramming. ES6510 is update to date with Firmware Version 12.04 & DLL Version 12.01 which both are on Fords website as an update.

From Ford personnel: Mr. Gonzalez, We have received and investigated your NASTF service information feedback request regarding a reprogramming concern you encountered on a Ford 2005 F150. Thank you for using the NASTF feedback process to notify us of this concern. I reviewed your inquiry with our Ford Module Programming (FMP) experts, and they informed me that you can correct this issue by installing FMP 66, which was released last week. You should find this software level to be acceptable for your reprogramming needs.
