The following e-mail was sent to Mr. Seiter: Hello Bill, It appears that you have followed the proper procedure of filing a request through the Volvo help desk; you need to give them time to respond to your request for assistance. Hopefully they have been in contact with you by now, and you are in the process of getting this resolved. Mary

Having heard nothing further from Mr. Seiter regarding a continued problem, this information request is being closed on the premise/assumption that the issue was resolved properly by the Volvo help desk.
