Mr. Spier, We have investigated your NASTF request and have found your request for assistance that you submitted on October 5. Our support team did reply on the same day with instructions on how to access the as-built data , but unfortunately the email address was entered into the request form as rtspier@earthlinkl.net. We now recognize that this was a typo, with an extra "l" in the domain name. We did not recognize this at the time. A contact was sent to rtspier@earthlink.net upon receipt of this request. Based upon this experience, we are investigating changing our input form to require the submitter to enter email address twice to help avoid typos. In addition, I understand that during this investigation you also requested information regarding our VCM renewal process. I understand you've been in contact with John Milton, one of our Tech Hotline specialists, regarding this and that John has given you instructions on how to create an account on the VCM renewal page.
