Program MMP63.03 version or MMP63.00 version unable to verify user ID. Program error message says setup blank but when checked correct user ID is available.Problem with application?????

Program uninstalled & re-installed with same results. OEM tech info server unavailable at this time subscription for 72 hours but seems like Mazda unable to fullfill contract.

User unfriendly program similar to Fords FMP with excessive install times. The uninstall left 876 leftover files

Mazda personnel responded: Mr. Monahan, We are sorry you experienced problems with the reflashing program. Our initial response sent yesterday included a direct line to my office to assist you with this problem. At that time we also requested that you check the site for compatible devises validated by Mazda. Your feedback below does not provide information that would assist us in determining a resolution. At this time we will credit your account for the amount of the subscription. Your account will remain active for the remainder of the original subscription. Additional follow-up by Mazda personnel: Mr. Monahan, Mazda has sent 2 messages to your facility over the past three days, this being the third. We have asked that you refer to the web site to ensure that the device you are using is listed as validated by Mazda. We have not received information back from you indicating the device. Our messages included a direct phone number and asked that you call for further assistance. Yesterday Mazda sent you an email message informing you that your subscription cost will be refunded but that you may continue to try reflashing until your subscript runs out. We apologize for any inconvenience but cannot assist you if your facility cannot provide the details requested.

Original response from Mazda, sent in response to the original e-mail sent by Mr. Monahan, and sent prior to the filing of the Information Request: Mr. Monahan, Please let us know what device you are using, we are assuming that the program in reference is the reflash for PCMs. If you are using the reflash program (MMP63) and you have a FMP program loaded on the same laptop you will experience a conflict. When installing the program onto your laptop, does it recognize the device and your ID? If not, please check the website for devices that have been validated and approved by Mazda.
