Simple emissions repair with access to repair data. Can not access WIS/ASRA website. No response from customer service.

Went to WIS/ASRA website input credit card information. No response. Sent emial... no response. Contacted Smart general customer service and NASTF.
Other Comments or Concerns
Smart has seemingly made service information available at a reasonable cost and easily accessed on-line. However there is a time and customer service component that is not beeing met. We perform most emissions repairs within 24 hours. It has been 24 hours already and i still do not have access to repair data.

Smart personnel contacted Mr. Diriwachter shortly after he sent in the Information Request; they are creating his account today, and due to the slow response time are providing some access time at no cost.
