Description of Repair unable to perform
Access to We could not access the website. The opening page only had fields for user name and password. There was no where to register and pay for someone who didn't already have a user name and password. I called 1-800-4Jaguar and also the local Jaguar dealer and they didn't know anything about information access.

On April 8 I called this shop to try and understand why he was not able to register. When comparing my screen to his we learned that the registration information did not appear on his screen. Even though the username and password boxes were visible. The pop-up blocker was turned on in the Google tool bar. Once the pop-up blocker was turned off the registration information appeared and he was able to rtegister to the site. Bill Haas
