Response sent from NASTF: Hello David, Currently Smart is not participating in the Secure Data Release Model which allows key code access to appropriately qualified shops and locksmiths. They are still working on their service information website, which we expect to be launched soon, so I don't know what the process may be in place for you to get a key code.
