Old subscription to VIDA expired 8/2/2009. Bought new subscription 7/17/2009 Activated new subscription 7/29/2009 New subscription doesn't work 8/2/2009 -thank you for your help!

Response from Volvo: Thank you for following the proper processes and allowing us to assist you. Regarding your concern with the activation of your new VIDA subscription, it is our understanding that while you purchased the new subscription on 7/17/2009, it was not activated. The process for purchasing VIDA subscriptions is that even though the purchase is made through the website, it does not become live until the user activates it in the VIDA Adm website. This process is in place to allow time for a VIDA DVD to be shipped, in those cases where a user buys a shorter subscription. Based on a phone call to you on 08/03/2009, from the Volvo IT Dept, our understanding is that the new (VIDA All in One Full) subscription is up and running. I hope this clarifies the concern.
