I have call the 866 number for American Honda. Called Helm who sold me the HDS subscription.

I have aproval from NASTF for security work and I have a current subscription for the HDS.

Honda representatives sent the following response: Dear Mr. Davis, It was a pleasure speaking with you earlier today. Please accept my apology for the incorrect information you initially received from our Help Desk. As we discussed, I'm attaching the HDS software installation instructions for locksmiths which will allow you to make a key, perform diagnostic functions, and program control modules. But as you know, you also need a ServiceExpress Security Professional subscription in order to obtain Honda/Acura key code and immobilizer information. FYI - I believe your current HDS subscription is due to expire on Sept. 4th and you will be required to re-enroll in the software program if you wish to continue receiving the updates. If you have any questions or need further assistance with this issue, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you.
