When I access http://www.fordtechservice.dealerconnection.com/vdirs/protech/default_nonus.asp? I used to be able to enter the VIN and get as-built data and OASIS. This option doesn't work now.

Ford personnel responded as follows: Mr. Call, After speaking with you it was determined that you were experiencing an issue with your settings in Internet Explorer 7 and that after setting those correctly you no longer have the issue you reported. As you are using a special access program and are not a registered user of www.motorcraftservice.com and your request did not address use of that site at all, use of the NASTF information request form for support request for your program is probably not appropriate. In the future please request support through the "contact us" link on the site you are using as it should result in a quicker response. Thank you.
