paid for a subscription and requested an incode for a 2003 mazda 6 on 6-18-09 which is required for pats programming using ids tool. was informed that i would recieve the code within 24 hours. this is way too long to wait for a programming code. it is now 6-21-09 and i still have not recieved the code. i have also sent 2 emails to customer support with no response. there is also no phone number available to talk to a live person. please call me at 773-307-1631

Mazda personnel responded: Mr. Welsh, Mazda experienced problems with our network and phone connections during the week of 06-15-09. We apologize for the inconvenience and will refund any subscription fee you paid. We did retrieve your request on Monday and replied as shown below. Mazda also noted that participants in the NASTF Secure Data Release Model (SDRM) have direct and immediate access to PATS codes through that system, and would not have been affected by the issue that caused the problem with the network.
