I bought 24 hour subscription on friday 06/12/09 to get pats codes for programing new ecm in to the vehicle(03 mazda 6)

they say that it will take 24 hours to respond.Ok i was hoping that they will answer me by monday 6/15/09. I sent numerous emails through their contact us area of the site(no phone number available). Today 6/16/09 i sent again numerous emails with not response yet. Customers get very upset when they do not receive the car quickly. Thank you.

Additionally Mazda notes that those who participate in the NASTF Secure Data Release Model have direct access to PATS codes and would not have been affected by the issue that caused this issue with the network.
