This message was sent in by Patrick Carroll: Hi Mary It took several days talking back and forth with Chrysler but this issue is resolved. There are several different ways to access the info needed, but some are not as clear as others. Chrysler was a big help. I want to thank you for your time also. Chrysler personnel said: had several conversations with Joey who is a technician at Paddy's Autoworks. It appears that the Flash tab on TechAuthority was not being displayed because his computer was not set at the resolution specified by Chrysler. Once he was able to access the Flash information, he discovered that the reprogramming program that was installed in the Ease J2534 device would not reprogram the vehicle. When Joey downloaded the Chrysler application from our website and other information, he was able to reprogram the vehicle with the Ease J2534 device. We also provided Mr. Carroll with a free one-week subscription to TechAuthority. I talked with Joey today and verified that he was able to reprogram the vehicle successfully.
