The following response was sent to Mr. Rada by NASTF: The NASTF Service Information Request system is set up to identify information that is not made available to independent repair shops through the OEM websites or other sources and to fix those gaps in information. It is not set up to operate as a help-line and doesn't have any resources to operate as such. There are numerous other sources where you can get help with your request, ranging from iATN (put in a help request with the information that you have included here), third-party information sources such as Alldata, Identifix, or others, or the OEM websites themselves. To go to the Chrysler service information website, you can click here: If I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. Mary
