I spoke to the NASTF contact for Mazda, who stated that the website service provider moved a couple of days ago, and has been having this issue off and on since. They are working on the issue. He suggested that Mr. Little try again, and if it continues to not work properly, said to have Mr. Little call him and he would assist him. I called Mr. Little and told him the above. He said that he will try again on Monday morning, as it is late now, and will call the Mazda contact if he continues to have problems.
