Mr. Mounsey, In reviewing your service information request more closely and receiving feedback from my technical advisors, I have determined that your request is more along the lines of a request for technical assistance than an inquiry about a gap between service information provided to franchise dealers and independent repairers. As such, it is not really the kind of issue that we ask our OEM contacts to address through the NASTF information request process. If you believe that the information you request is information that is provided to franchise dealers but is not accessible through Ford's service support systems, I would ask that you resubmit your inquiry indicating this gap in information availability. If you believe the information is available through Ford's service information website but you are having difficulty finding it, please make contact directly with the Ford customer support mechanism identified on their service information website. One of my technical advisors has also suggested that there are many posts on iATN that could be helpful to you in determining whether your vehicle is out of range, and suggests a search on iATN could be an additional resource for you. If I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. Mary
