Ford has investigated your complaint to the best of our ability regarding the availability of a PCM wiring diagram for a 1998 Ford Contour. In order for us to fully address your concerns, we sent an e-mail to you on March 2nd requesting more information. Unfortunately, you did not reply to our request, which limited our ability to investigate your concern. Regardless, based on the limited information you initially provided, below are the results of our investigation: All the wiring diagrams for a 1998 Contour that we make available to our dealers are posted on the Motorcraft service information website at www.motorcraftservice.com. Your complaint appears to imply that you were looking for a complete 152 pin-to-pin wiring harness diagram to repair a completely severed harness. If that was the case, we do not provide that information in one view because that is not an expected service scenario. We break it down into the systems, so you would have to look in several places from multiple wiring diagrams to piece it all together. We also noticed that you contacted Ford's vehicle owner hotline to inquire about the wiring diagram. Unfortunately, this hotline is intended to handle vehicle owner questions, and is not equipped to handle service information questions. To avoid confusion in the future, we are developing material to help train the consumer staff on this hotline to recognize service information questions and refer the caller to the Motorcraft.com website. In the future please use the "Contact Us" process on www.motorcraftservice.com for fastest response. Please contact us if you have any further questions. Ford Motor Company
