Suggested doing "firmware upgrade"- which we did. It did not fix problem of not being able to communicate with vehicles. -there is no phone contact- volvo help requests are done through e-mail.

There is specific protocol that is used when resolving error messages that our users receive. Depending on the error message the resolution can be straight forward or it can have a progression of actions. When the resolution requires a progression of actions the result of one action will determine the next. This is the case with your error message report. The error you reported did take a few actions to successfully resolve however we believe that the service we provided was done in a timely manner, within 24 hours. It was midway through the resolution process when you submitted the Service Information Request to NASFT. Thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns.
