got this error: Some error occurred searching for dealer number. Please try again or contact the site administrator through CONTACT US feature. Tried to access the information on 5 different computers. was told that I have a problem with my computer.

Mr. Zhuk never responded to Suzuki representative's contact attempts; however he did eventually answer one of the multiple phone calls from the web service provider indicating the issues were fully resolved and that he was happy and satisfied with no further corrections required. Root cause of this issue related to out of date software on the customers PC and when he downloaded the current Java software everything worked fine.
