Description of Repair unable to perform
When I was doing service information training in Masschusetts there was discussion of confusion that resulted in reflash failures on Saturn vehicles due to using the wrong cable and difficulty in determining how to configure TIS2Web including machine requirements prior to purchasing it. Would it be possible to make some minor changes to the section on reprogramming to add the computer requirements, TIS2WEB install guide, additional cables needed with part numbers and supplier sources and information on the CANdi module information both in reprogramming and on the scan tool section above it. I think this would greatly reduce confusion and even improve the number of sales of reprogramming subscriptions. Feel free to contact me if you need any clarification.

GM response is as follows: GM personnel spoke with Mr. Seyfer on May 20. From the request, GM will be updating the Help section and adding additional links for information. This may take a little time to fall into the change request process.
