GM TIS TO WEB DOES NOT AT THIS TIME SUPPORT DUAL LINE CAN USING CARDAQ PLUS AND MONGOOSE CABLE TO PROGRAM VEHICLE THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEMS. I HAVE SPENT 4000.00 WORTH OF EQUIPMENT TO DO THIS AND IT DOESN'T WORK. AND GM HAS NO TIME LINE TO REPAIR THIS ISSUE. ALL THEY SAY IS TO BUY A TECH 2

GM personnel spoke with Mr. Savitsky to gather additional information. The functionality Mr. Savitsky is referring to in the request is part of Tech 2 diagnostics. The vehicle theft deterrent relearn is not a programming function but a relearn procedure which maybe performed through the manual process in the service information for the specific vehicle or the Tech 2 process. The tools and information are available.
