The lady I spoke to on the 800 number also tried to set me up an account, and acknowledged it did not work. She got the same message I do "webpage cannot be displayed". I recieved and e-mail back from Hyundia saying "there is no problem". I tried to get the site to send me a password without success two times, to two different e-mail addresses. I have tried three times, and the lady at Hyundia tried once, to sign up for an account, all without success.

HMA contacted Mr. Fournier directly to review the registration process. The registration function is functioning properly, there may be popup blockers or other script blocking software that has been installed on the user's personal computer that is preventing final registration. Mr. Fournier has been able to register additional accounts with hmaservice.com without incident.
