Heater Core replacement procedure for a 2003 Optima V6
Description of Information not available
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
Found HVAC information tab but Heater core was not included in documents. Navagation is not very intuitive with you having to select "engine" from the drop down menus at the top of the page and click on the "shop" button once you made the mental leap that this must be the way to shop manuals. When we were unable to find what we needed I received this message from the email link. Went to the bottom of the page and hit hot-line@kma.co.kr and sent them a message twice and it comes back " host mail.kma.co.kr[211.43.212.217] said: 553 sorry, that domain isn't allowed relay (#5.7.1) (in reply to RCPT TO command) This request was sent to me by another ASA member in Colorado both he and I have confirmed the problems. He or I can be contacted. His email is Dennis Brewster

Regarding your request for heater core servicing information, I contacted my counterparts in Korea and asked that this information be provided as soon as possible. In addition, I removed the inactive e-mail link from the Shop manual section of the website.
