Description of Repair unable to perform
heater core removal/replacement for 97 Kia Sportage 4X4 w/a.c. I was unable to access site after 3 day sign-up and payment. I tried periodically for the next couple days and then called to follow up on Jan 25.

I was unable to access site after 3 day sign-up and payment. I tried periodically for the next couple days and then called to follow up on Jan 25. I was told that the site was not accessable and that they had no idea when it would be up. I asked for a refund and that was granted. My card statement showed up and no credit was issued. I called today, 02/15/05 and spoke to Jason who put me on hold and promptly transfered my call to another person who said I shouldn't have been transfered. I called again and spoke to Justin and he said the credit wasn't issued and that he would do it.

I spoke directly to Mr. Rodrigues. He indicated to me that he had indeed received the credit he requested and has no further issues. Case closed. Kia representative
