Ford has investigated your complaint regarding the availability of the Ford reflash calibration CD. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Ford now uses a Web-based module reprogramming "flash" procedure to update calibrations on Ford/Lincoln/Mercury vehicles. Ford Module Programming, or "Webflash," is a subscription service available on www.motorcraftservice.com and is the way for the aftermarket to obtain flash information on our products. NGS reflash CD subscriptions are no longer being made available. Ford has informed Hickok, our distributor for the NGS, to stop selling the subscriptions as of June 2004. Those who subscribed in June 2004 will continue to receive the CD's through June 2005 as part of Hickok Corporation's "Shrink Wrap" one-year subscription. Ford Motor Company
